Dr. Walter Hong has worked and trained extensively to build a practice that exceeds your expectations of trusted, personalized dental care.  he consistently brings his patients only the best that modern dentistry has to offer by keeping himself and his staff informed on the latest advances and reliable techniques.

After receiving his B.B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 1993,  Dr. Hong trained at one of the world’s most respected dental institutions, the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he graduated in 2002.  While in school, he conducted independent research on Burning Mouth Syndrome and spent a summer in Northern Michigan providing free dental care to the children of migrant workers.  A class leader among his peers, he served as an elected class officer all four years of dental school.

After earning his D.D.S. degree, Dr. Hong gained additional training in a General Practice Residency at Meriter Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin, where he served as a dentist on-call for a busy community hospital and emergency room.  Due to this experience, Dr. Hong has extensive experience handling and treating many types of dental emergencies.

Since then, he has kept up-to-date on the newest developments in his field, through numerous continuing education courses, including those in implants, Lumineers, and oral sedation dentistry.
